Tom Redd's overarching responsibilities with Reklaim are to maintain our position at the forefront of the industry and to develop strategic relationships with external stakeholders including investors, potential partners, and governments. With advanced degrees in both Engineering and Business, Tom possesses a set of skills uniquely well suited to guiding a fast-growing technology company. Tom has twenty years' experience in growing, managing, and leading successful businesses. He came to Reklaim from the environmental consulting industry, where he helped clients in energy, forest products, and manufacturing sectors manage business issues to the benefit of both the bottom line and the environment.

Steve Renegar

Steve has over 35 years' experience in the commodity and specialty chemical markets. He is an experience senior-level manager and has held positions in sales & marketing, laboratory management, quality control & service functions, and technical & customer service.

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Bill Langley

Bill was instrumental in the development of the green field site in Boardman and has managed Reklaim's plant there from its initial commissioning to the present. Bill worked in the synthetic resin chemical industry for 25 years-all for the same company-and brought a wealth of technical, product development, and management experience to Reklaim. He has a passion for green technology and has been deeply involved in the development of Reklaim's pyrolosis process-so much so that he is credited as an inventor of the patent pending technology. Bill graduated with a B.S. from Louisiana Tech University.

PROJECT ENGINEER
Joseph Koerner, P.E.

Joe is the Project Engineer for Reklaim's process development activities at the Boardman manufacturing plant and also will oversee engineering and construction of future V2 plants. He has overseen the installation of pilot lines for condensation of our oil products and the post-processing and pelletization of our carbon black. Joe is a Professional Chemical Engineer with a Master's degree in Engineering Management. Before joining Reklaim, Joe spent fifteen years in various management positions in the chemical manufacturing industry and also worked as an environmental engineer and an environmental consultant for eight years.

TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE
Thomas Nunley

Tom has twenty four years' experience in the rubber industry. He has experience in the textile, automotive, defense, and plastic end markets. Prior to that he was in supply management for two major manufacturing companies in the rubber industry. He is also a Certified Purchasing Manager and Certified Professional in Supply Management.
